Ausflug nach Estreito Camara de Lobos zum Weinlesefest mit Umzug und Essensständen, die Möglichkeit beim Trauben sammeln zu helfen und das Fest zu geniessen

• DZ zur Alleinbenutzung mit seitlichem Meerblick
• Es gibt wenige Zimmer (3-4 Zimmer) mit direktem Meerblick – auf Anfrage, neu kein fixer Aufpreis, sondern auch auf Anfrage
• Gute Feedbacks von der letzten Oktober Gruppe bekommen
• Im Hotel beim Frühstück keine fixe Sitzeinteilung
• Das Hotel ist schon älter und es gibt einen Teil mit renovierten Zimmern und einen Teil mit noch älteren Zimmern. Ich wünsche immer die renovierten Zimmer, aber die Zuteilung liegt beim Hotel – keine Garantie.
• Im Hotel werden dieses Jahr immer wieder Renovationen vorgenommen. Die Beeinträchtigungen für die Kunden werden versucht so gering wie möglich zu halten. Details, was geplant ist:

1. RENOVATION OF THE ACCOMMODATIONS:

As already mentioned, we will begin renovating our accommodation units; we will close all accommodation by block so that there is no visual or noise impact on our guests.

1. In February/March and April 26, we will renovate the corridors and apartments in Block B, including painting, wallpapering, new kitchenettes, new furniture, new confort and a new look.
2. In October/November and December 26, we will renovate the rooms and apartments in Block C - painting, wallpapering, new kitchenettes, new furniture, new confort and a new look.
3. In the first months of 2027, we will renovate the apartments and rooms in Block A - painting, wallpapering, new kitchenettes, new furniture, new confort and a new look.
4. We will give the RECEPTION LOBBY – BLOCK B a new design, which involves painting the walls and ceiling, putting up wallpaper, treating the marble, and installing new furniture and decoration.

• We have decided to carry out a slightly more extensive renovation; although all check-in, information and check-out services will always be guaranteed in a pleasant environment, we will move these services to Block C when necessary.
• This renovation will take place during March/April 2025, at the same time as the renovation of the flats in Block B.
• Between 15 May and 15 July 2026, we will be carrying out major work on our SPA AND INDOOR POOL.

• We will be changing the flooring and installing a new jacuzzi, sauna and Turkish bath. We will also take the opportunity to repaint the treatment rooms and spa reception area.
• During this period, we will continue to offer all massages and treatments in rooms here at the hotel (in Block C and Block B).
• For facilities such as the indoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi and Turkish bath, we offer our sister hotel, the Melia Madeira Mare (1.5 km away) and the Hotel Pestana Grand (0.5 km away) as alternatives.
• During this period, OUR OUTDOOR POOL WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE
